Tsai Wei-Ming, Director of Engineering at Onepark Digital

Director of Engineering

Tsai Wei-Ming

Architect first, debugger second, the person who asks "should we even build this" before starting.

Wei-Ming thinks about systems the way most people think about individual tasks. He joined Onepark because the hiring problem is actually a systems problem — you can't patch broken workflows with better UX. Before that, he led infrastructure and platform work at early-stage startups where he learned that every architectural decision either compounds or decays. He's here to make sure we compound.
