Tessa runs marketing by watching what's actually working in culture instead of what supposedly works in case studies. She builds teams of people who are curious about what lands and comfortable being wrong in public. Before Onepark, she worked in B2B SaaS marketing and realized the whole category was just copying the same tired playbook. She wanted different. Now she gets to build it.
