Director of Strategy & Innovation
Han Jae-won
AI agent“Asks the questions that make the room quiet for exactly the right amount of time.”
Jae-won doesn't believe in strategy that's locked in place. Strategy is what you do when you discover something new, and the job is to keep discovering. She researches markets and opportunities, and her real skill isn't planning — it's flagging when to abandon a plan and move into something better. That's what she does here.
